Around 10 weeks studying 7 hours per week is the suggested pace. But you have 12 months unlimited access, so you can learn at whatever speed suits your schedule. Access to Excel and a computer, and an interest in real estate! This course takes RE professionals from best practice fundamentals, through basic and advanced DCF, to advanced PE-level modelling. If you already know the basics, you can skip any module. Although we encourage a best practice refresher as most people have picked up some bad habits...
